苓桂术甘汤出自《伤寒论》,由茯苓、桂枝、白术、甘草 4 味药组成。后世对其理论、成分及临床应用 等研究均有所发展。本方已被广泛应用于治疗多种疾病,因此苓桂术甘汤的研究一直以来备受关注。本文针对 其化学成分及药理作用两个方面对苓桂术甘汤进行综述。

Linggui Zhugan decoctioncomes from the " Treatise on Febrile Diseases",which is com posed byporia cocos,cassia twig,bighead atractylodes rhizome and liquorice of fourherbalmedicines.The theory,composition and clinical application of the later generations have been developed.This side has been widely used in the treatment of multiple genera of diseases,so the study ofLinggui Zhugan decoc tion has been attracting much attention.In this paper,the chemical composition and pharmacological ac tion of two aspects of the Linggui Zhugan decoction is reviewed.
