目的：评估宫颈癌患者进行顺铂单药联合放射治疗中，白细胞减少情况、减少原因，选择合适的治疗方法。方法：选取我院治疗的宫颈癌患者，收集基本信息，回顾性分析宫颈癌患者在化疗不同周期白细胞减低情况及相关因素。结果：宫颈癌患者进行顺铂单药化疗时出现明显的白细胞减低，且减低具有统计学意义。白细胞减低与年龄有显著的相关性，与其他因素无显著相关。肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移、靶区范围三者呈正相关。年龄与分化程度有一定相关。结论：宫颈癌患者在顺铂单药同步放化疗中出现白细胞减低较高，尤其老年患者出现概率更高，为保证治疗连续性，对于部分高龄、进食差的患者可进行预防性升白治疗。

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the leukocytopenia in patients with cervical cancer who received cisplatin combined with radiotherapy, evaluate the cause of the decrease, and select an appropriate treatment method. METHODS: Select cervical cancer patients treated in our hospital, collect basic information, analyze the leukopenia and related factors during different cycles of chemotherapy.RESULTS: Cervical cancer patients showed significant leukopenia during chemotherapy, and the decrease was statistically significant. Leukopenia was significantly related to age, but not to other factors. There was a positive correlation between tumor staging, lymph node metastasis, and target area. There is a certain correlation between age and degree of differentiation. CONCLUSION: Patients with cervical cancer are likely to have leukopenia during cisplatin concurrent radiotherapy，especially in elder patients. In order to ensure the continuity of treatment, preventive treatment can be performed for some elderly or poor nourision patients.
