[摘要] 目的 通过测定儿童肺炎支原体肺炎外周血血清脂溶性维生素A、D、E的含量,研究脂溶性维生素与肺炎支原体肺炎发病的相关性。方法 选取于我院儿科住院治疗的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿310例为病例组,并随机选取同期就诊于我院健康体检儿童300例为健康对照组,分别测定两组儿童外周血血清脂溶性维生素A、D、E的含量。结果 病例组血清脂溶性维生素A和D含量的平均值均明显低于健康对照组(均P<0.01);病例组脂脂溶性生素A缺乏的例数明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01);病例组脂溶性维生素D缺乏的例数明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01);病例组脂溶性维生素D不足的例数明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01);两组间脂溶性维生素E的含量无明显差异(P>0.05)。 结论 脂溶性维生素A和维生素D的缺乏与肺炎支原体肺炎发病有关,脂溶性维生素E的缺乏与肺炎支原体肺炎发病关系尚不明确。

Abstract: Objective The serum levels of vitamin A, D and E in peripheral blood of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were detected to study the relationship between the levels and the incidence of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia..Methods A total of 310 cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia hospitalized in our hospital were selected as the case group, and 300 cases of healthy children undergoing physical examination during the same period were randomly selected as the healthy control group, and the serum levels of vitamin A, D and E in the peripheral blood of the two groups were detected.Results The mean values of serum vitamin A and D in the case group were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P<0.01).The number of cases of vitamin A deficiency in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01).The number of cases of vitamin D deficiency in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01).The number of vitamin D deficiency cases in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01).There was no significant difference in vitamin E levels between the two groups (P >.05). Conclusion Deficiency of vitamin A and vitamin D is associated with the onset of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, while deficiency of vitamin E is not clearly associated with the onset of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.
