目的 分析近25年间内蒙古呼和浩特市地区的2439例胃癌发病特点及发生部位特征,为当地胃癌防治提供依据。方法 收集1991年1月至2015年12月内蒙古呼和浩特市地区2家医院中经手术切除同时病理确诊的胃癌患者资料,统计不同年龄、性别、民族胃癌发病情况,并分析胃癌的临床病理学特点及不同部位胃癌的特征。结果 2439例胃癌患者在不同年龄段蒙汉组之间无明显差异(P>0.05) ,不同部位胃癌在各种组织学分型中均以低分化腺癌较多,各部位进展期胃癌以Borrmann Ⅲ型较多(P<0.05),不同部位胃癌无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 呼和浩特市地区蒙汉族的胃癌发病无明显差异,男性、中老年人及农民为主要发病人群,胃癌高发部位为胃窦、胃体、贲门,多以低分化腺癌为主,早期胃癌的检出率较低,各部位进展期胃癌大体分型以Borrmann Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型为主,贲门部胃癌的发生率维持相对稳定。

This paper analyzed the characteristics of gastric cancer and the location of gastric cancer in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia during the past 25 years, and provided a basis for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer. Methods From January 1991 to December 2015, 2439 cases of gastric cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology in 2 hospitals in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia were collected, and the incidence of gastric cancer patients among different ages, genders and nationalities were counted and the clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer and the characteristics of gastric cancer in different parts were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference among the 2439 patients with gastric cancer in different age groups (P>, 0.05).In all kinds of the histological types, there were more poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma in different parts of gastric cancer. There are more Borrmann Ⅲ cases in different parts of advanced gastric cancer (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference in the occurrence of gastric cancer in different parts (P > 0.05) .Conclusion There is no significant difference in the incidence of gastric cancer between the Mongolian and Han nationality in Hohhot city, and male, the middle aged and elderly people and farmers are the main population of gastric cancer. The high incidence of gastric cancer is located in gastric antrum, gastric body and cardia, most of which are poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. The detection rate of early gastric cancer is relatively low. The major types of advanced gastric cancer in all parts are Borrmann type II and type III, and the incidence of gastric cancer in cardia is relatively stable.
