摘要 目的:探讨改良Miccoli微创甲状腺手术对甲状腺癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法:对照组接受常规甲状腺癌手术治疗,实验组采用改良Miccoli微创甲状腺手术治疗,分析手术对患者T细胞亚群及其细胞因子的影响。结果:两组患者围术期指标并比较,实验组术中失血量、切口长度、术后住院时间均低于对照组,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组术后引流量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后两组患者血清CD4+、CD8+和CD4+/CD8+检测结果比较差异显著,实验组各项指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后细胞因子检测二级果比较差异显著,实验组TNF-α和IL-6水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-10水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良Miccoli微创甲状腺手术治疗甲状腺癌,具有治疗安全性高,值得推广应用。

Abstract Objective:To explore the effect son of improved Micro-invasive thyroid surgery on immune function in thyroid cancer patients. Methods: The control group underwent routine thyroid cancer surgery, and the experimental group used improved Miccoli minimally invasive thyroid surgery to analyze the effect of the surgery on the patient''s T-cell subgroup and its cytokines. Results: The perioperative index of the two groups of patients was compared, the blood loss, incision length and postoperative hospitalization time were lower than that of the control group, the data were statistically significant (P<0.05), the difference between the two groups of postoperative induced traffic was not statistically significant (P>0.05); The difference is significant between the results of CD4+、CD8+ and CD4/CD8 plus test results. The indicators in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the secondary results of cytokine detection after treatment in the two groups were significantly different, and the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the level of IL-10 was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Improved Miccoli minimally invasive thyroid surgery for thyroid cancer, which has high therapeutic safety and is worth promoting.
