目的 以时机理论为框架,了解膝关节置换术患者照顾者在疾病不同阶段的照护需求。方法 采用目的抽样法,对55名符合研究条件的膝关节置换术患者照顾者进行半结构访谈。结果 根据时机理论归纳出膝关节置换术患者照顾者不同阶段的照护需求为诊断期：精神、情感需求；围手术期：手术信息需求；出院准备期：康复指导需求；调整期：居家照护需求；适应期：积极回归社会需求。结论 在疾病的不同阶段,膝关节置换术患者照顾者的照护需求也是不断变化的。因此,医护人员应根据每个阶段的需求不同提供个性化服务,以提高照顾者的照护能力,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To understand the caring needs of family caregivers in different phases of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) based on “Timing It Right” framework. Methods Forty family caregivers of TKA patients meeting the study conditions in the semi-structured interview. Results Based on “Timing It Right” framework,different caring needs in five phases of TKA were extracted. they have emotional and mental support needs in diagnosis period, surgical related information needs in perioperative period, rehabilitation training guidance needs in discharge preparation period, assisting home guidance needs in adjustment period, actively returning to social needs in adaptation period. Conclusion The family caregivers" needs are different in different phases of TKA. Health care providers should provide personalized services tailored to each stage of the needs, thereby improving the caregivers" care.
