术中获得性压力性损伤是手术患者高发且影响严重的并发症之一。它将延缓患者基础疾病恢复，增加住院时间，加重生理、心理及经济负担，严重者将威胁患者的生命安全，增加患者死亡风险。本文从术中获得性压力性损伤的危险因素及预防护理措施展开综述，为预防IAPU的发生，提高手术室护理质量提供参考依据。

Intraoperative Acquired StressInjury is one of the most frequent and serious complications in patients undergoing surgery.It will delay the recovery of patients' basic diseases, increase the length of hospital stay, increase the physical, psychological and economic burden, and in severe cases will threaten the life safety of patients and increase the risk of death of patients.This paper reviews the risk factors and preventive nursing measures of intraoperative acquired pressure injury, providing reference for preventing the occurrence of IAPU and improving the quality of operating room nursing.
