固定矫治获得间隙的方法常规可以概括为拔牙矫治,牙弓扩展以及邻面去釉,而磨牙远移也被视为矢状方向牙弓扩展的不二之选。传统推磨牙远移的方法很多,包括带分裂簧的活动矫治器,摆式矫治器,口外弓配合颈带牵引等,此类方法大多需要患者的良好依从性并且在远移过程中很难避免支抗的丢失。随着骨支抗系统的发展磨牙远移的适应症逐渐扩大,远移的量也进一步提升。有了可靠的方法还必须考虑安全的范围,这也使得越来越多的正畸学者将注意力放到磨牙后间隙的解剖学界限上,现本文将对磨牙后间隙的影响因素及其临床应用做一综述。

The conventional methods of obtaining space by fixed orthodontics can be summarized as extraction orthodontics, dental arch expansion and adjacent surface unglazing, and molar distal movement is also considered as the best choice for sagittal dental arch expansion. There are many traditional methods to push the molars far away, including movable appliances with split springs, pendulous appliances, extraoral arch and cervical belt traction, etc. Most of these methods require good compliance of patients and it is difficult to avoid the loss of anchorage during the remote movement. With the development of bone anchorage system, the indication of molar distal displacement gradually expanded, and the amount of distal displacement also further improved. With reliable methods, we must also consider the scope of safety, which also makes more and more orthodontists pay attention to the anatomical boundary of the posterior molar space. This article will review the influencing factors of the posterior molar space and its clinical application.
