摘要:目的:应用Panocam 广域眼底成像系统筛查早产儿视网膜病变(retinopathy of prematurity,ROP),分析检查结果及本组病例ROP的发病特点。方法:回顾性分析新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)早产儿眼底检查结果,共112例224眼,,综合分析其中确诊早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)24眼的临床资料。结果:使用Panocam检出 24 眼各期ROP 病变,其中 1期 ROP 10 眼( 10/24 ),2期ROP 10眼(10/24),3期ROP 4 眼(4/24)。无4 期和5 期 病变。统计检查结果显示双眼发病者多于单眼,双胎高于单胎,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。汉族早产儿ROP发病率较蒙古族高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROP?发病率在男女性别之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。本组病例中ROP?自然转归率达?75?%?(?18/24?)。结论? Panocam 广域眼底成像系统应用于临床筛查早产儿视网膜病变 ,减少因早产和低出生体重导致的ROP,避免低视力和盲 ,且能够客观呈现眼底表现,便于随访。

Clinical analysis on Panocam wide-area fundus photography in screening for retinopathy of prematurity LIU Li-dong,SHI Gui-tao* REN Yan Department of Ophthalmology , The Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University ,Huhhot ,010050,China; Abstract Objective To apply Panocam wide area digital imaging system to screen the fundus lesions of premature infants, and analyze the screening results and the characteristics of the disease. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the eyes of premature infants screened by Panocam from April 2019 to December 2019 in our hospital ,and the clinical data of the eyes screened for Retinopathy of prematurity (ROP)were comprehensively analyzed . Results : ROP lesions of various stages were detected by Panocam in 224 eyes of 112 cases premature infants, including stage I ROP 10 eyes (10/24) ,stage II ROP eyes( 10 / 24 ) , stage III ROP eyes ( 4 / 24 )。No ROP stage IV and V cases were detected in this group。Binocular morbidity was higher than monocular morbidity , twin morbidity was higher than single fetus ,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of ROP is different between han and Mongolian preterm infants (P<0.05). there was no significant difference in boys and girls .75% of ROP achieved normal retina without treatment. Conclusion The application of Panocam in the screening of retinopathy of prematurity can detect the abnormal fundus of preterm infants at an early stage, detect and treat early , reduce the low vision and blindness caused by prematurity.The objective fundus findings were easy to follow up.
