糖尿病视网膜病变包括视网膜微血管瘤、渗出以及视网膜增殖性改变。越来越多研究证明细胞因子参与其病情发展，为抗细胞因子药物的应用提供理论依据。本文就目前细胞因子与糖尿病视网膜病变研究进行综述。

Diabetic retinopathy includes retinal microangioma, exudation and retinal proliferative changes.More and more studies have shown that cytokines are involved in disease progression.It provides theoretical basis for the application of anti-cytokine drugs.This paper reviews the current studies on cytokines and diabetic retinopathy.
