目的:从生物学特性及免疫调节方面对输卵管间充质干细胞(fallopian tube mesenchymal stem cells,FTMSCs)与骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,BMMSCs)进行比较研究,为临床选择使用间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)提供实验依据。方法:体外分离,培养及扩增人FTMSCs和BMMSCs,从细胞形态、倍增时间、细胞表型、诱导分化能力及免疫调节对FTMSCs和BMMSCs进行比较研究。结果:FTMSCs与BMMSCs在细胞形态、倍增时间、细胞表型及细胞分化方面无明显差异。FTMSCs的成骨能力强于BMMSCs,但BMMSCs比FTMSCs有更强的免疫抑制作用。结论: FTMSCs具有一定的免疫抑制功能,尽管弱于BMMSCs,但也是MSCs的主要来源。

[Abstract]
Objective: Comparative study of fallopian tube mesenchymal stem cells (FTMSCs) and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMMSCs) in terms of biological characteristics and immune regulation, so as to provide experimental evidence for the use of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in clinical practice. Method: Isolation, culture and expansion of human FTMSCs and BMMSCs in vitro. Compare the FTMSCs and BMMSCs in terms of cell morphology, doubling time, cell phenotype, ability to induce differentiation and immune regulation. Results: There is no significant difference between FTMSCs and BMMSCs in cell morphology, doubling time, cell phenotype and cell differentiation. FTMSCs have stronger osteogenic ability than BMMSCs, but BMMSCs have stronger immunosuppressive effects than FTMSCs. Conclusion: FTMSCs have immunosuppressive function, although is not as good as bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, are also the main source of MSCs.
