目的：对蒙医药治疗类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）的理论、方法及作用机制进行归纳来指导临床应用。方法：检索有关蒙医药治疗RA的临床有效方法、个人经验及实验研究的文献，并对其进行分类和总结。结果：蒙医药治疗RA的方法有蒙药内服及蒙医外治法，皆可达到显著疗效；相关基础实验研究也已取得一定进展。结论：蒙医药在治疗类风湿关节炎方面具有强大优势，其疗效明显、副作用少，而相关药物的疗效机制及基础实验有待深入研究，为临床治疗类风湿关节炎提供新思路，推动蒙医药发展。

Purpose: This paper summarizes the theory, method and mechanism of Mongolian medicine in treating rheumatoid arthritis, so as to guide clinical application. Method: Search the literature about the clinically effective methods, personal experience and experimental research of Mongolian medicine in the treatment of RA, then classify and summarize it. Result: The treatment methods of RA with Mongolian medicine include internal administration and external treatment, which can achieve significant curative effect. Relevant basic experimental research has also made some progress. Conclusion: Mongolian medicine has a strong advantage in treating rheumatoid arthritis with obvious curative effect and few side effects. The therapeutic mechanism and basic experiments of relevant drugs need to be further studied to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, so as to promote the development of Mongolian medicine.
