目的:通过收集呼和浩特地区正常发育儿童检测体内维生素水平大数据,建立本地区儿童维生素正常值参考区间数据库,从而实现为临床准确判断儿童体内维生素水平并对与其相关疾病进行早期干预提供科学理论依据。 方法:选取 2016年1月-2019年7月在内蒙古幼保健院体检的呼和浩特地区健康儿童1月 ~ 14岁共29706例,按年龄阶段分为4组,应用“LK3000V维生素检测仪”对儿童体内维生素A、B1、B2、B6、B9、B12、C、D和维生素E浓度进行检测,并对检测结果进行统计学分析,计算均数±1.96标准差获得正常参考值区间。 结果:调查对象九种维生素水平性别差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄组维生素A、维生素B2、维生素B12、维生素D和维生素E水平存在统计学差异。 结论:呼和浩特地区儿童体内维生素水平无性别差异,其中维生素A、维生素B2、维生素B12、维生素D和维生素E体内水平具有年龄差异。基于以上检测大数据进行分析,从而对于不同地区使用同一种诊断标准的传统模式提出挑战,同时为呼和浩特地区儿童维生素体内水平按照年龄分组分别建立参考区间并在临床应用中提供循证支持。为临床应用提供诊断依据,做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗。

Object:Through the collection of large data on vitamin levels in children with normal development in Hohhot, a reference interval database of normal vitamin values for children in this region is established, so as to achieve accurate clinical judgment of children’s vitamin levels and provide scientific theoretical basis for early intervention of related diseases. Methods: A total of 29,706 healthy children from January to 14 years old in Hohhot who were examined in the Inner Mongolia Children’s Health Hospital from January 2016 to July 2019 were divided into 4 groups according to their ages, and the "LK3000V Vitamin Tester" was used to test children’s vitamin A , B1, B2, B6, B9, B12, C, D and vitamin E concentration were detected, and the test results were statistically analyzed, and the mean ± 1.96 standard deviation was calculated to obtain the normal reference value interval. Results: There were no statistically significant gender differences in the nine vitamin levels of the survey subjects (P>0.05); there were statistical differences in the levels of vitamin A, vitamin B2, vitamin B12, vitamin D and vitamin E in different age groups. Conclusion: There is no gender difference in vitamin levels in children in Hohhot, and there are age differences in vitamin A, vitamin B2, vitamin B12, vitamin D and vitamin E levels. Based on the analysis of the above detection big data, it challenges the traditional model of using the same diagnostic criteria in different regions. At the same time, it establishes reference intervals for children''s vitamin levels in Hohhot according to age groups and provides evidence-based support in clinical applications. Provide diagnosis basis for clinical application, achieve early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment.
