目的: 观察应用长脉宽1064nm激光治疗烧伤后面部皮肤色素沉着后的色沉改善情况。方法：选取我院从2018年6月至2019年8月间收治的40例面部烧伤患者作为研究对象，分为2组，即治疗组与对照组，每组20例，治疗组应用长脉宽1064nm激光治疗，对照组与治疗组均予防晒忌食辛辣刺激性食物等基础处理，观察两组创面愈合后1周、4周、8周、12周、16周、20周、24周皮肤色素沉着所占创伤面积的百分比，统计分析两组患者色沉所占百分比的差异。结果: 通过对比分析发现，两组患者在伤口愈合1 周时，差异无显著意义( P＞0. 05)，但在伤口愈合4、8、12、16、20、24 周，差异有显著意义( P＜0. 05) 。结论: 烧伤后面部皮肤色素沉着应用长脉宽1064nm激光治疗，疗效显著，可很好的减轻烧伤后色素沉着，是有效的预防烧伤后色素沉着的手段。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of long pulse 1064nm laser in the treatment of postinflammatory hyperpigmentation of the skin after burn.Methods:From June 2018 to August 2019, 40 patients with facial burns in our hospital were divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group, 20 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with long pulse width 1064nm laser, while the control group and treatment group were treated with basic treatment such as sunscreen and avoiding spicy food. The skin pigmentation of the two groups was observed at the wound surface of 1 week, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 16 weeks, 20 weeks and 24 weeks after wound healing. The difference of pigment percentage between the two groups was statistically analyzed.Results:Through comparative analysis, it was found that there was no significant difference between the two groups at the first week of wound healing (P > 0.05), but there was significant difference at the 4th, 8th, 12th, 16th, 20th and 24th week of wound healing (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The long pulse 1064nm laser has a significant effect on the pigmentation of the skin after burn. It can reduce the pigmentation of the skin after burn. It is easy to operate and has few adverse reactions. It does not affect the life and work of the patients. It has a good social rehabilitation effect. It is an effective means to prevent the pigmentation after the burn.
