摘要：目的：探讨肌骨超声与神经电生理检查结合诊断在肘管综合征术前指导中的意义。方法：回顾性分析110例肘管综合征并进行单侧尺神经松解术的患者，对比肌骨超声检查、神经电生理检查和尺神经松解术术中所见，并以尺神经松解术术中证实为金标准 结果：肌骨超声诊断灵敏度为96.91%，特异度为53.85%；神经电生理检查诊断灵敏度为96.87%，特异度为50%，采用并联串联试验分析两者综合诊断的效能，并联实验诊断灵敏度为99%，特异度为50%；串联试验诊断灵敏度为88%，特异度为90%。结论：采用串联试验诊断可大幅度提高特异度，采用并联试验可提高灵敏度，在术前结合两种检查结果，可对手术做出有效的指导。

Abstract：Objective: To explore the significance of combined diagnosis of musculoskeletal ultrasound and neuroelectrophysiological examination in the preoperative guidance of cubital tunnel syndrome. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 110 patients with cubital tunnel syndrome who underwent unilateral ulnar nerve lysis, compared the findings during musculoskeletal ultrasound examination, neuroelectrophysiological examination, and ulnar nerve lysis, and ulnar nerve lysis Intraoperatively proved to be the gold standard result: the diagnostic sensitivity of musculoskeletal ultrasound was 96.91%, and the specificity was 53.85%; the diagnostic sensitivity of neuroelectrophysiological examination was 96.87%, and the specificity was 50%. Conclusion: The use of series test diagnosis can greatly improve the specificity, and the use of parallel test can improve the sensitivity. Combining the two inspection results before surgery can provide effective guidance for surgery.
