目的 评价氯化镧对正畸粘接剂的抗菌性能和粘接强度的影响。方法 在正畸粘接剂中分别添加1%、2%、3%、4%、5%的氯化镧为实验组A~E组,未添加氯化镧正畸粘接剂为对照组F组,采用抑菌环法和菌液OD值测量法检测抗菌性能,使用万能力学试验机测量粘接强度,脱粘接后对牙面粘接剂残留指数(adhesive remnant index, ARI)计分,分析粘合树脂发生断裂的位置。结果 实验组及对照组均未出现抑菌环;E组OD540值最小,抗菌性最强,但不持久;随着氯化镧的添加比例增加,实验组A~E组的剪切强度呈下降趋势;氯化镧的添加不影响ARI计分结果。结论 氯化镧的添加显著提高了正畸粘接剂的抗菌作用,但抗菌性不持久;添加了氯化镧的正畸粘接剂粘接强度有所降低,但均在临床可接受的范围内(7-9MPa[1]),且不会增加牙釉质损伤的风险。

Objective to evaluate the effect of Lanthanum chloride on the antibacterial property and bonding strength of orthodontic adhesive. METHODS: 1% , 2% , 3% , 4% and 5% lanthanum chloride were added to orthodontic adhesive respectively as experimental group A ~ E, and no lanthanum chloride as control group F, the adhesive strength was measured by Universal Mechanical Testing Machine, and the adhesive residual index (Ari) was scored after debonding, and the fracture location of the adhesive resin was analyzed. The results showed that there was no inhibition ring in the experimental group and the Control Group, the OD540 value of Group E was the lowest and the antibacterial activity was the strongest, but not lasting, and the shear strength of Group A ~ E decreased with the increase of the proportion of lanthanum chloride The addition of Lanthanum chloride has no effect on Ari score. Conclusion: The addition of Lanthanum chloride significantly increased the antibacterial effect of orthodontic adhesive, but the antibacterial effect did not last long. The bonding strength of ORTHODONTIC adhesive with lanthanum chloride decreased, but all were within the acceptable range (7-9 MPA [1]) , without increasing the risk of enamel damage
