目的探讨Seminar教学法联合案例教学法在急诊科教学中的应 用效果。方法:选择在内蒙古医科大学附属医院急诊医学科进行住院医师规范化培训的97名学员,将其随机分为对照组(n=49)与试验组(n=48)。对照组采用传统的教学方法,试验组基于案例教学法的基础之上,融入Seminar教学法的联合教学模式。另外辅助调查问卷形式,并比较两组学员间理论考试、实践考试的成绩。结果:通过对问卷调查结果加以剖析,发现实验组评分更高(P<0.05),评分试验组规培学员理论考试、实践考试的成绩也均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊教学中Seminar教学法联合案例教学法,可以提升急诊教学的效果,值得进一步应用和推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of Seminar teaching method combined with case teaching method in emergency department teaching. Methods: Ninety-seven students who received standardized training for residents in emergency medicine department of Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were randomly divided into control group (n = 49) and experimental group (n = 48). The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, while the experimental group based on the case teaching method, combined with the Seminar teaching method. In addition, in the form of questionnaire, the scores of theoretical examination and practical examination between the two groups were compared. Results: By analyzing the results of the questionnaire survey, it was found that the experimental group scored higher (P<0.05), and the scores of theoretical and practical examinations of the trainees in the scoring experimental group were also higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Seminar teaching method combined with case teaching method can improve the effect of emergency teaching, which is worth further application and promotion.
