增强型体外反搏治疗技术已被证明是一种安全、有效、花费较低且无创的治疗手段。它不仅在冠心病心绞痛、慢性心衰的治疗方面显示出它的独特之处,同时它在急性缺血性卒中、老年失眠症等其他疾病方面也有一定疗效。本文总结了增强型体外反搏对不同人群的获益证据,旨在为增强型体外反搏在我国的推广提供新的思路。

Enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP) is a low-cost noninvasive treatment, and its safety, efficacy has be provened. The efficacy of EECP in patients with angina and chronic heart failure or patients with acute cerebral ischemic stoke and senile insomnia. has be provened. This article reviews the beneficial evidences of EECP for different candidates, aiming to provide new reference for the utilization of it.
