目的:探索探讨CBL结合Seminar教学法在医学影像规培教学中的应用价值,为我院推广CBL结合Seminar教学法提供经验。方法: 选择内蒙古医科大学2019-2020级影像规培医学生为研究对象,实验组采用CBL结合Seminar教学法,对照组采用传统讲授式教学法( LBL 教学法)进行影像规培教学,并进行理论考核,问卷调查主观感受。结果:实验组影像基础知识、影像图像分析、分析问题解决问题能力等明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义。结论:CBL结合Seminar教学法在医学影像规培教学中应用效果良好,能够提高规培学生的考核成绩、学习积极性、主动性及学习能力。

Objective: To explore the application value of CBL combined with Seminar teaching method in medical image planning teaching, and to provide experience for our hospital to promote CBL combined with Seminar teaching method. Methods: Medical students of 2019-2020 imaging training in Inner Mongolia Medical University were selected as the research objects. The experimental group adopted CBL combined with Seminar teaching method, while the control group adopted traditional lecturing method (LBL teaching method) for image training teaching. Theoretical assessment was conducted, and subjective feelings were investigated by questionnaire. Results: The basic image knowledge, image analysis and independent learning ability of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistical significance. Conclusion: CBL combined with Seminar teaching method has a good effect in the medical imaging training teaching, which can improve the assessment scores, learning enthusiasm, initiative and learning ability of the students.
