经皮冠状动脉介入治疗作为冠心病的重要治疗手段之一，具有创伤小、恢复快、效果好等优点。虽可以有效解除患者的临床症状，但患者术后的生活质量有待进一步提高。本文主要对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者生存质量的影响因素及护理干预进行综述，为医护人员对该类患者制定有效的干预措施提供依据。

Percutaneous coronary intervention is one of the important treatments for coronary heart disease. It has the advantages of less trauma, quick recovery, and good results. Although it can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients, the quality of life of patients needs to be further improved. This article mainly reviews the factors influencing the quality of life of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention and nursing interventions,and provides a basis for medical staff to formulate effective interventions for these patients.
