目的：观察火针结合消白软膏及308nm准分子激光治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法：收集白癜风患者114例,共232块皮损,并如实填写“皮肤病生活质量指标调查表”。其中治疗组60例患者,共计122块皮损,予火针结合308nm准分子激光治疗,1次/wk,并外用消白软膏,2次/d,4wk一疗程,治疗6个疗程。对照组54例患者,皮损共计110块,予308nm准分子激光结合消白软膏治疗,治疗6个疗程。最后对不良反应和色素恢复程度进行记录和评估判定。结果 治疗组总有效率及显效率为93.44%、81.97%,对照组总有效率及显效率为89.09%、59.09%,经统计学分析,两组比较具有显著差异(P＜0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论：火针结合消白软膏及308nm准分子激光治疗白癜风在皮损色素恢复程度上疗效确切且安全性高,适合临床推广；同时进展期病人的皮肤病生活质量指标调查表分数高于稳定期患者；患者皮损面积越大,皮肤病生活质量指标调查表分数越高。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of fire acupuncture combined with Xiaobai ointment and 308nm excimer laser in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods: a total of 114 patients with vitiligo and 232 lesions were collected and filled in the questionnaire of Dermatology quality of life. Among them, 60 patients in the treatment group, a total of 122 lesions, were treated with fire needle combined with 308nm excimer laser, once a week, and external application of Xiaobai ointment, twice a day, 4wk for a course of treatment, 6 courses of treatment. In the control group, 54 patients with 110 lesions were treated with 308nm excimer laser combined with Xiaobai ointment for 6 courses. Finally, adverse reactions and pigment recovery were recorded and evaluated. Results the total effective rate and markedly effective rate of the treatment group were 93.44% and 81.97%, and the total effective rate and markedly effective rate of the control group were 89.09% and 59.09%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion: fire acupuncture combined with 308nm excimer laser and Xiaobai ointment in the treatment of vitiligo has significant advantages in the degree of pigmentation recovery of skin lesions, with exact curative effect and high safety, which is suitable for clinical promotion; at the same time, the score of life quality index questionnaire of skin diseases in patients with advanced stage is higher than that in patients with stable stage; the larger the area of skin lesions, the higher the score of life quality index questionnaire of skin diseases.
