高颈段脊髓外椎管内肿瘤, 手术难度增大，术后可能出现严重并发症，甚至影响呼吸功能，威胁患者生命。大多数医院仅由神经外科医生仅凭有限的影像资料单独完成手术，我们采用多学科协作诊疗模式（神经外科、骨科、口腔科、麻醉科和影像科），优化了诊治程序，取得了很好的治疗效果。

?Abstract： Surgical resection of high cervical subdural?extramedullary?tumors becomes more difficult. Serious complications may occur in its‘ postoperation, which even affect the respiratory function and threaten the patient's life. In most hospitals, only neurosurgeons perform operations alone, and that based on limited imaging data. We adopt a multi-disciplinary cooperative diagnosis and treatment model (Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Stomatology, Anesthesiology and Imaging) to optimize the diagnosis and treatment procedures and achieve a good therapeutic effect.
