目的:研究总结多种教学模式结合微视频教学法为中心的多元化、分阶段培养模式,旨在提高生殖医学本科生教学质量。方法:选择2019-2020年内蒙古医科大学附属医院临床医学专业2个班级的学生作为研究对象,分别对两组学生进行理论知识考核和操作技能考核。结果:采用多元化、分阶段教学模式能更好的提高学生临床思维能力和临床操作技能,试验组学生临床思维能力[(89.46±5.10)分],操作技能[(86.03±6.91)分],优于对照组学生[(83.35±5.77)和(83.42±7.01)分],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)并在提高学习兴趣、有益沟通交流、活跃课堂气氛等方面均优于对照组。结论:新型教学模式能够激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学习效果,为拓展生殖医学本科生临床和实验室实践能力、科研创新以及医患沟通能力,为培养高素质专业人才奠定基础。

Objective: To study and summarize a variety of teaching modes combined with micro video teaching method as the center of diversified, phased training mode, in order to improve the teaching quality of reproductive medicine undergraduates. Methods: two classes of students majoring in clinical medicine in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from 2019 to 2020 were selected as the research objects, and the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the two groups of students were assessed respectively. Results: the clinical thinking ability and clinical operation skills of the students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group [(89.46 ± 5.10) and (86.03 ± 6.91) points, respectively], and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01) Communication, active classroom atmosphere and other aspects were better than the control group. Conclusion: The new teaching mode can stimulate students' interest in learning and improve the learning effect, and lay a foundation for the development of clinical and laboratory practice ability, scientific research innovation and doctor-patient communication ability of reproductive medicine undergraduates.
