慕课(简称MOOC)是互联网在线教育的产物,它不仅仅是指简单的网上授课,还包括作业评价以及回馈等一系列教学过程,是教师参与下的学生互动式学习过程。目前我国护理专业传统的教学方法主要以教师讲授为主,再配以较少的临床实践,学生只是被动接受知识,学习积极性不高,临床实践能力较弱。课堂教学方面,存在课程设置不灵活,教材选取单一和国外教材引进不足的缺点,而且教材内容呆板,无法满足社会需求以及学生的求知欲。课时方面,教学课时安排不合理,学生自主学习时间不够,课业负担重。慕课自2011年在世界各地迅速发展,对教育模式重新规划,使其进入数字化时代,让我们的整体教育水平得到很大的提高。通过资深教师的网络授课以及互动,能够更好地调动学生的积极性,达到事半功倍的效果。信息时代已经成为当今社会的主流,教学模式的转变更能适应社会发展,并且让学生自主学习、自由发挥,共同研究学习内容,从而实现从知识拓展到综合素质培养的过程,也能体现学生的自我价值。

MOOC is the product of Internet online education. It not only refers to simple online teaching, but also includes a series of teaching processes such as homework evaluation and feedback. It is an interactive learning process with the participation of teachers. At present, the traditional teaching method of nursing major in China is mainly teacher teaching, combined with less clinical practice. Students only passively accept knowledge, and their learning enthusiasm is not high, and their clinical practice ability is weak. In terms of classroom teaching, there are some shortcomings, such as inflexible curriculum, single selection of teaching materials and insufficient introduction of foreign teaching materials. Moreover, the content of teaching materials is inflexible, which can not meet the social needs and students' thirst for knowledge. In terms of class hours, the arrangement of teaching hours is unreasonable, the students' autonomous learning time is not enough, and the burden of schoolwork is heavy. MOOCS has been developing rapidly all over the world since 2011. The education mode has been re planned to make it enter the digital era, which has greatly improved our overall education level. Through the network teaching and interaction of senior teachers, we can better mobilize the enthusiasm of students and achieve twice the result with half the effort. The information age has become the mainstream of today's society. The change of teaching mode can better adapt to the social development, and let students learn independently, play freely, study the learning content together, so as to realize the process from knowledge expansion to comprehensive quality training, and also reflect the students' self-worth.
