在临床医学中[1,2],恶性肿瘤的发生及发展过程是一个多因素、多阶段和多步骤的过程, 其中涉及大量的分子参与到复杂的网络调控中,现在又多种分子靶向药物难以满足相关的临床治疗需要。因此有效的挖掘肿瘤发生及发展过程中新的关键分子,确定其作为肿瘤识别和药物设计靶点的潜在价值已经成为相关肿瘤学的研究热点。目前FOXM1属于Forkhead家族的转录因子,充分享受了其家族保守进化的翼状螺旋DNA结合结构域,相关的研究已经证实,FOXM1可以有效的调控其下游相关靶基因的调控,同时给予细胞周期一定的调控性,控制细胞的有丝分裂过程和细胞增殖趋势,进一步去的研究证实,,FOXM1在诸多恶性肿瘤内呈现出高表达的趋势,可以通过多种机制参与到肿瘤组织细胞的发生及发展过程中,目前已经逐步成为各种恶性肿瘤的研究热点[3-5]。

In clinical medicine [1,2], the occurrence and development of malignant tumors is a multi-factor, multi-stage and multi-step process, in which a large number of molecules are involved in the regulation of a complex network, and now a variety of molecular targeted drugs can hardly meet the relevant clinical treatment needs.Therefore, the effective mining of new key molecules in the process of tumorigenesis and development and the determination of their potential value as targets for tumor recognition and drug design have become the focus of oncology research.Currently FOXM1 belonging to the Forkhead family of transcription factors, fully enjoy the family conservative wing of evolution helical DNA binding domain structure, related research has confirmed that FOXM1 can effectively control the regulation of downstream target genes related to give the cell cycle at the same time certain regulation, control of cell mitosis process and trend of cell proliferation, further to study confirms that, FOXM1 in many malignant tumors showed the trend of high expression, can through a variety of mechanisms involved in the occurrence of tumor cells and the process of development,At present, it has gradually become a research hotspot of various malignant tumors [3-5].
