目的 对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能康复训练方案的构建进行研究,为提高脑卒中偏瘫病人的康复训练效果提供理论依据。方法 选取2020年1月~2020年12月内蒙古医科大学附属医院神经内科收治的110例脑卒中偏瘫患者进行随机分组,干预组以循证医学为手段,以训练修复理论为指导构建专门的脑卒中偏瘫肢体功能康复训练方案并组织实施,对照组接受常规的康复训练方法,比较两组患者干预后神经功能缺损程度及Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分情况,采用自行设计的脑卒中偏瘫康复训练调查问卷评定两组患者的自主训练依从性。结果 康复训练实施8周后两组患者神经功能缺损情况、肢体运动功能评分均有提高,但干预组两项功能指标的改善程度均优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组功能锻炼依从性的调查结果显示,干预组患者康复训练依从性更高,组间差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 脑卒中偏瘫肢体功能康复训练方案的构建为临床提供了精准、系统化的脑卒中康复管理策略,有利于提高患者康复训练的依从性,最终有助于肢体功能障碍的改善。

objective: to study the construction of rehabilitation training program for limb function of stroke hemiplegia patients, and to provide theoretical basis for improving the rehabilitation training effect of stroke hemiplegia patients. Methods from January 2018 to February 2019, Inner Mongolia medical university affiliated hospital neurology hospital were randomly assigned 110 patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia, intervention group by means of evidence-based medicine, guided by the theory of training repair to build specialized stroke hemiplegia limb function rehabilitation training plan and organize the implementation, the control group accepted routine rehabilitation training method, compare the two groups after intervention in patients with nerve function defect degree and the Fugl -Meyer movement function grading, using self-designed questionnaire to assess cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia rehabilitation training training session two groups of patients compliance. Results after the implementation of rehabilitation training for 8 weeks, the neurological defects and motor function scores of the two groups were effectively improved, but the improvement degree of the two functional indicators in the intervention group was better than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(allP<0.05). According to the survey results of functional exercise compliance of the two groups, patients in the intervention group had higher compliance of rehabilitation training, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (allP<0.05).Conclusion the establishment of limb function rehabilitation training program for stroke hemiplegia provides accurate and systematic stroke rehabilitation management strategy for clinical practice, which is conducive to improving patients' compliance with rehabilitation training, and ultimately helping to improve limb dysfunction.
