目的 了解内蒙古地区风湿免疫专科医生对高尿酸血症、原发性痛风认知现状及影响因素。方法 通过中华医学会风湿病学分会2018年第四次全国风湿免疫专科医师及学科调研工作最终数据,内蒙古自治区有风湿从业机构50家,从业人员296名,针对所有从业人员以线上与线下填写问卷方式展开调查,收回符合标准问卷150份。结果 痛风知识调查问卷总分10分,本次调查平均分为(8.7±1.5)分；对痛风基本概念得分为(2.7±0.5)分；对高尿酸血症和痛风诊疗规范得分为(5.9±1.2)分。对结果统计并进行卡方检验,发现医生学历(χ²=8.857,P=0.012<0.05)和职称(χ²=7.947,P=0.047<0.05)与高尿酸血症及痛风准确的诊断治疗正相关。结论 接受调查的内蒙古地区风湿免疫专科医师对高尿酸血症、原发性痛风诊疗规范认识总体情况较好,对高尿酸血症用药规范掌握相对较差。风湿免疫专科医师应加强开展个体化治疗,积极学习最新指南更新理念,规范诊疗方案。这将有利于风湿免疫专科医生对患者以及社区医生进行指导,有助于提升痛风患者达标治疗率。为建立符合内蒙古地区高尿酸血症、原发性痛风慢病管理平台奠定基础。

[Objective] To understand the rheumatologists cognition and influencing factors of hyperuricemia ( HUA ) and primary gout in Inner Mongolia.[Methods ]According to the final data of the fourth national rheumatologists and discipline survey conducted by the rheumatology branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2018, there are 50 rheumatology institutions and 296 rheumatologists in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. All these rheumatologists are investigated by online and offline questionnaires, and 150 qualified questionnaires are recovered.[Results] The total score of Gout related Knowledge Questionnaire was 10, and the average score was ( 8.7 ± 1.5 ). The basic concept score of gout was ( 2.7 ± 0.5 ) points. The standard score of hyperuricemia and gout diagnosis and treatment was ( 5.9 ± 1.2 ) points. The results were statistically analyzed and chi-square test was performed,and it was found that doctor’s education background ( χ2 = 8.857, P = 0.012 < 0.05 ) and professional title ( χ2 = 7.947, P = 0.047 < 0.05 ) were positively correlated with the accurate diagnosis and treatment of hyperuricemia and gout. [Conclusion]The surveyed rheumatologists in Inner Mongolia have a good understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of hyperuricemia and primary gout, and the clarity of medication norms for the treatment of hyperuricemia and gout is relatively poor. rheumatologists should strengthen the development of individualized treatment, actively learn the update concept of the latest guidelines, and standardize the diagnosis and treatment plan. This will help rheumatologists to guide patients and community doctors,and help to improve the standard treatment rate of gout patients. Lay a foundation for establishing a management platform for hyperuricemia and primary gout in Inner Mongolia.
