Objective: To study and observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with acupoint embedding in the treatment of lower limb motor function in patients with early stroke. Method: Select patients who were admitted to our hospital for stroke from June 2020 to March 2021. Using a simple random number method, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission. Patients in the observation group were treated with electroacupuncture combined with acupoint embedding. The control group was treated with electroacupuncture alone. Results: A total of 65 patients were included in this study. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the lower limb function indexes between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). After treatment, the difference in FMA score between the two groups of patients was significant (P<0.05). The muscle strength and walking ability of the affected limbs were improved to varying degrees, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture combined with acupoint embedding can effectively improve the recovery of early lower limb motor function of stroke patients. It is of far-reaching significance to the rehabilitation of stroke patients and is worthy of further clinical research.
