【摘要】目的 通过实践证实“导师组制”在护理专业硕士研究生培养过程中的优越性 方法 制作问卷调查表(导师问卷调查表、研究生问卷调查表),对全校护理专业硕士生导师、研究生进行调查。 结果 导师发放问卷36份,收回35份;研究生发放问卷98份,收回98份;问卷结果显示导师问卷调查82.86%的导师与87.76%的研究生支持实施“导师组制”模式的教学模式。结论 通过“导师组制”的实施拓宽了研究生的研究领域、开阔视野、培养团队精神,并实施了与临床的无缝衔接,提高了研究生培养质量,同时也提高了导师的教学能力和科研水平。

[Abstract] Objective To prove the superiority of "tutor system" in the training process of nursing postgraduates through practice. Methods Questionnaire (tutor questionnaire, postgraduate questionnaire) was made to investigate the tutors and postgraduates of nursing postgraduates in the whole school.Results The tutor distributed 36 questionnaires and recovered 35.Graduate students distributed 98 questionnaires and recovered 98;The questionnaire results show that 82.86% of the tutors and 87.76% of the graduate students support the teaching mode of "tutor group system".Conclusion The implementation of "Tutor Group System" broadens the research field of graduate students, broadens their horizons, cultivates team spirit, and implements seamless connection with clinical practice, which improves the quality of graduate students"" training, as well as the teaching ability and scientific research level of tutors.
