[摘要]
目的:通过对临床实习护士和带教老师进行调查和分析,探讨影响临床护理教学的因素及提高对策。方法:采用我院自行设计分别针对带教老师和实习护士的调查表进行调查,其中护理专业实习生为我校2013级护理本科专业共94人,带教人员共27人进行调查,调查内容包括,学生对硬件设备的满意度、对带教老师的满意度、对教学质量的满意度、对教学管理部门的满意度,以及带教老师对学生的满意度,对教学条件的满意度等。结果 护理实习生和护理带教老师均对护理教学有不同角度的认识,并提出了护理教学的积极建议。结论通过从不同角度进行调查分析,能了解不同角度人员的诉求,能更加有效的提高护理教学质量。

Objectivethrough the investigation and analysis of clinical practice nurses and teaching teachers, this paper discusses the factors influencing clinical nursing teaching and the countermeasures to improve it.MethodThe questionnaires designed by our hospital were used to investigate the teachers and nurses. Among them, 94 students majored in nursing were trainees and 27 teachers were trainees. The questionnaires included students"satisfaction with hardware, teachers and teaching quality. Satisfaction degree, satisfaction degree to teaching management department, satisfaction degree of teachers to students, satisfaction degree to teaching conditions and so on.ResultsNursing interns and nursing teachers have different understanding of nursing teaching, and put forward positive suggestions for nursing teaching.ConclusionThrough the investigation and analysis from different angles, we can understand the demands of different perspectives, and can improve the quality of nursing teaching more effectively.
