医院的档案管理工作是医院进行经营建设的重要部分,对医院人才的培养和医院长期稳定发展具有重要影响,因此医院必须要加强对档案管理工作的重视,创新管理工作制度,优化档案管理模式,以先进性的方式进行档案的管理,为医院的建设提供保障。但是由于当前医院的档案管理工作意识较差、档案资料复杂多样、档案管理人员专业性低等问题,使得医院档案管理工作无法有效适应医院工作发展的需要。本文通过分析当前三级公立医院的档案管理工作的现状,结合医院档案工作特点,提出适宜的档案管理方式,以期提高医院档案管理工作效率。

Hospital file management is an important part of hospital management construction, cultivation of hospital personnel and hospitals long-term stable development has the important influence, so the hospital must strengthen to the attention of the file management, innovation management system, optimize the mode of archives management, with advanced way of archives management, provide guarantee for the construction of the hospital. However, due to the poor consciousness of archives management in the current hospital, the complexity and diversity of archives data, and the low professional problems of archives management personnel, the work of archives management in the hospital can not effectively adapt to the needs of the development of the hospital work. This paper analyzes the present situation of the file management in the tertiary public hospital and proposes the appropriate file management mode in combination with the characteristics of the file management in the hospital, in order to improve the efficiency of the file management in the hospital.
