[摘要] 目的探讨 3D 打印技术制作二尖瓣脱垂模型的应用价值 方法 回顾性分析单纯二尖瓣脱垂患者20例,术前行三维经食道超声心动图检查,以Mimics软件对 3D-TEE图像进行后处理,得到二尖瓣脱垂容积图像STL格式文件,输出文件并打印二尖瓣脱垂模型。对3D模型和3D-TEE图像分别测量以下三维周长、前后直径、瓣环前外侧至后内侧直径、高度、瓣环高度与前外侧至后内侧直径的比率 、脱垂高度。 计算 3D 模型各参数值与 3D-TEE 图像中各参数值的绝对差值。 结果 20例患者均成功进行二尖瓣脱垂三维建模并打印出3D模型;3D模型中的二尖瓣环各参数值与 3D-TEE 图像中的各参数值相比,差异均无统计学意义 ( P>0.05),所有测值均有较好的一致性。结论 3D-TEE 图像数据可作为二尖瓣脱垂3D 建模及打印的数据来源,基于超声技术 3D打印二尖瓣脱垂模型精准度较高。

[Abstract]
Objective to evaluate the value of 3D printing in making mitral valve prolapse methods 20 patients with simple mitral valve prolapse were analyzed retrospectively. 3D-TEE was performed before operation. 3D-TEE images were post-processed by Mimics software to obtain STL format file of mitral valve prolapse volume image, output file and print mitral valve prolapse model. The ratio of the three-dimensional perimeter (C3D), the anterolateral to the posterior medial diameter (DAlPm), the anterior and posterior diameter (DAP), the height (H), the height of the annulus and the anterior and posterior medial diameter (H/ DAlPm), and the prolapsed height (HProl) were measured in the 3D model and the corresponding 3D-TEE images, respectively. The absolute difference of each parameter of the mitral annulus between the 3D model and the 3D-TEE image was calculated.Results the 3D model of mitral valve prolapse was successfully carried out in all 20 patients, and there was no significant difference between the parameters of mitral annulus and 3D-TEE images in 3D printing model (P > 0.05), and all the measured values were within the range of consistent bounds. Conclusion 3D-TEE image data can be used as 3D modeling and printing of mitral valve prolapse, and the accuracy of 3D printing mitral valve prolapse model based on ultrasound technique is high.
