目的：本文研究医院护理人员对术前患者宣教认知度的问卷调查研究，以证明术前宣教的重要性，以及探讨影响术前宣教效果中医务人员方面的因素。 背景：目前护理工作日益繁重，这给我们护理工作者在有限的接触时间内提供术前宣教带来了挑战。虽然护士在病人的宣教中起着重要的作用，但是针对于护理人员对术前宣教重要性的认识度，我们尚缺乏调查研究。 方法：采用自行测试问卷，参与问卷调查的人员包括我院眼科，神经外科，手术室护理人员，包括参与人数和有效的问卷调查率，使用McNemar检验来分析是否存在统计学上的显著差异。 结果：在提供术前信息方面，护士的认知和实践之间存在差异。有限的宣教方法、 繁重日常工作和语言沟通能力影响了对手术患者术前宣教的效果。 结论：本研究通过回顾现行的术前宣教方法，调查护理人员对术前宣教的认知度，证实有效的术前宣教，医护人员对术前宣教重要性的认知度对手术病人护理质量的提高有着非常重要的意义。

Objective: This paper studies the questionnaire survey on the awareness of preoperative mission and education of hospital nursing staff, in order to prove the importance of preoperative mission and education, and to explore the factors affecting the effect of preoperative mission and education of medical staff. Background: the increasing workload of nursing today poses a challenge for our nursing workers to provide preoperative education within a limited exposure time. Although nurses play an important role in patient education, there is still a lack of investigation and research on the awareness of nurses on the importance of preoperative education. Methods: Self-test questionnaire was adopted. The participants included ophthalmology, neurosurgery and operating room nursing staff in our hospital, including the number of participants and the effective questionnaire survey rate. McNemar test was used to analyze whether there was a statistically significant difference. Results: There were differences between nurses' cognition and practice in providing preoperative information. The limited teaching methods, heavy daily work and language communication ability affect the preoperative teaching effect of surgical patients. Conclusion: By reviewing the current preoperative education methods, this study investigated the awareness of nursing staff to preoperative education, and confirmed that effective preoperative education and the awareness of medical staff to the importance of preoperative education have a very important significance for improving the quality of nursing care for patients undergoing surgery.
