[摘要]
目的 探究CBS结合3Dbody软件,在疼痛护理教学中的可行性和应用价值。方法 选取2020年至2022年疼痛科轮转的45名护理实习生为对象,随机分为对照组(23 名)并采用传统教学方法,试验组(22 名)并采用CBS结合3Dbody软件教学方法进行教学,比较两组护理实习生的考核成绩、教学效果以及其对教学模式的满意程度。结果 试验组护理实习生的理论知识考核成绩优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);试验组实习生在学习效率、学习兴趣、主动互动意愿、知识接受、交流表达能力均优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);试验组护理实习生对教学模式的满意度相比较高于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);结论 CBS结合3Dbody软件在疼痛护理教学中可有效提高护理实习生学习的积极性和主动性,显著增强护理实习生实践课程的教学效果,临床应用价值极高。

Objective To explore the application value and feasibility of CBS combined with 3dbody software in pain nursing teaching. Methods 45 nursing interns in the Department of pain from 2020 to 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group; the control group (23 students) used the traditional teaching method, and the experimental group (22 students) used the traditional teaching method CBS combined with 3dbody software teaching method, compared the two groups of interns' examination results, teaching effect and interns' satisfaction with the teaching mode. Results The theoretical knowledge examination results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05); the learning efficiency, learning interest, active interaction willingness, knowledge acceptance, communication and expression ability of the experimental group were better than those of the control group ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05); the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05); Conclusion The experimental group has a higher level of theoretical knowledge than the control group CBS combined with 3dbody software in pain nursing teaching can effectively improve the learning enthusiasm and initiative of nursing interns, significantly enhance the teaching effect of nursing interns' practice course, and has high clinical application value.
