目的：探讨综合性护理干预对老年患者手部浅静脉密闭性留置针堵管率的效果。方法：随机选择2020年9月25日至2021年3月1日在内蒙古自治区某三甲医院住院部的126名老年患者作为研究对象。根据是否为干部保健所老年病房患者分为实验组和对照组，分别选取63名患者。对实验组63名患者采取综合性护理干预，对照组63名患者采取常规护理，观察两组静脉留置针的堵管情况。结果：实验组静脉留置针的堵管发生率低于对照组（p＜0.05）。结论：综合性护理干预能有效降低老年人使用留置针时管路堵塞的发生率，延长留置针保留时间，进而提高病人对护理服务的满意度。

Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the occlusion rate of venous indwelling needle in elderly patients. METHODS: A total of 126 elderly patients who were admitted to the People's Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on September 25, 2020 and March 1, 2021 were selected as the subjects. According to the geriatric ward patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group, 63 patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention, 63 patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and the intravenous indwelling needle occlusion situation in the two groups was observed. Results: The incidence of intravenous catheter occlusion in experimental group was lower than that in control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of pipeline blockage and prolong the retention time of indwelling needle in the elderly.
