蒙医药是中华民族的魁宝，蒙医药具有独特的理论基础以及应用历史悠久等特点。本文对蒙医药十种传统蒙药剂型之一油剂—塔本温都苏油剂进行讲述，蒙成药塔本温都苏油剂最早记载于《四部医典》，临床上应用普及并疗效显著的蒙成药，由黄精、天门冬、玉竹、紫茉莉、蒺藜等五种根类药为主配方，加三种盐、苦参、三良药、高良姜、荜茇、红糖、蜂蜜、白糖等混匀组成。具有祛寒性赫依、滋补等功效，主治肾寒症，妇科赫依瘀结症，肾功能衰退等疾病，尤其是治疗体弱者，赫依偏盛者具有滋补、增强体力，抗衰老等疗效显著，具有一定的开发应用价值。本文对蒙药传统剂型之塔本温都苏油剂历史渊源，组方源流，方解，阐述其方剂配伍，并综述该方临床应用及现代研究，为今后蒙药养生、抗衰老等方面提供文献依据。

Mongolian medicine is the treasure of the Chinese nation. Mongolian medicine has a unique theoretical basis and a long history of application. This paper describes one of the ten traditional Mongolian medicine dosage forms, Taben Wendusu Youji. Taben Wendusu Youji was first recorded in the“Si Bu Yi Dian”. It is a Mongolian patent medicine that is widely used in clinical practice and has remarkable curative effect. It is mainly composed of five root（Taben Wendusu）drugs such as Huangjing、Tianmendong、Yuzhu、Zimoli、Jili.Add three kinds of salt , Kushen, three kinds of good medicine, Gaoliangjiang, Biba, Hongtang, Baitang and so on. It has the effect of dispelling Hanxing- Heyi, mainly treating diseases such as renal colds, women Heyi-yujie disease, renal function decline, especially for the treatment of the weak, He-yi partial full has the effect of nourishing, enhancing physical strength, anti-aging and so on. It has a certain value of development and application. In this paper, the historical origin, formulation origin and solution of traditional Mongolian medicine Taben Wendusu Youji were described, and the compatibility of the formula was summarized. The clinical application and modern research of the formula were also reviewed, so as to provide literature basis for the health preservation and anti-aging of Mongolian medicine in the future.
