目的 旨在探讨基于PACS 平台结合以病例库为基础的CBL教学法在医学影像学教学中的应用效果。方法 将在我院影像科2016级临床医学专业本科生42名随机分为研究组和对照组,各21名,研究组采用基于PACS病例库的CBL案例构建教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。以两组学生影像基础理论知识和影像读片能力的考试及学生自我评价调查问卷作为评价指标。结果 发现研究组学生的影像基础理论成绩和影像读片能力成绩明显高于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论 基于PACS 病例库的CBL的案例构建教学法充分调动了医学学生学习的积极性和主动性,提升了学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,比传统教学法效果更好。

Objective to explore the application effect of CBL teaching method based on PACS platform and case base in medical imaging teaching. Methods 42 clinical medical undergraduates of grade 2016 in the imaging department of our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group, 21 in each group. The study group adopted CBL case construction teaching method based on PACS case database, while the control group adopted traditional teaching method. The two groups of students' basic theoretical knowledge and image reading ability examination and students' self-evaluation questionnaire were used as the evaluation index.The results showed that the scores of basic imaging theory and image reading ability of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion the case construction teaching method of CBL based on PACS case database fully mobilizes the enthusiasm and initiative of medical students, improves the ability of students to analyze and solve problems, and has better effect than the traditional teaching method.
