目的：分析对达芬奇机器人辅助结直肠癌根治术前、术后心理护理的作用。方法：选取本院2020年1月至2021年1月接诊的结肠癌患者作为研究对象，共50例，随机分组，观察组、对照组分别选择心理护理、常规护理，每组25例，比较两组不良情绪评分。结果：两组护理前比较，不良情绪评分差异小（P>0.05）；护理后比较，观察组不良情绪评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在采用达芬奇机器人辅助结直肠癌根治术患者治疗期间，给予心理护理干预可减轻患者负性情绪，提高患者围手术期配合度。

Objective: To analyze the effect of DaVinci robot on psychological nursing before and after radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods: 50 cases of colon cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, respectively, psychological nursing and routine nursing were selected, 25 cases in each group, and the score of bad mood was compared between the two groups.Results: Before nursing, there was little difference in the score of bad mood between the two groups （P>0.05）;After nursing, the score of bad mood in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion: During the treatment of patients undergoing DaVinci robot-assisted radical resection of colorectal cancer, psychological nursing intervention can reduce patients' negative emotions and improve patients' cooperation during perioperative period.
