[摘要]
脂肪组织巨噬细胞(ATM)向M1型极化是肥胖时脂肪组织炎症反应和胰岛素抵抗发生的关键因素。肥胖时脂肪组织高脂质的微环境活化巨噬细胞,激活Akt/PKB和JNK等信号通路导致ATM极化。巨噬细胞的靶向治疗、降糖药物、饮食和生活方式的改变及减重手术等干预方法均能调控巨噬细胞极化,减轻脂肪组织炎症和胰岛素抵抗。因此,ATM 可能成为治疗T2DM的靶点。本文就ATM极化调控的研究进展进行综述。

[Abstract]
The polarization of adipose tissue macrophages (ATM) to M1 type is the key factor of adipose tissue inflammatory response and insulin resistance in obesity. In obesity, the high lipid microenvironment of adipose tissue activates macrophages and Akt / PKB and JNK signaling pathways, resulting in ATM polarization. Targeted therapy of macrophages, hypoglycemic drugs, changes in diet and lifestyle and weight loss surgery can regulate macrophage polarization and reduce adipose tissue inflammation and insulin resistance. Therefore, ATM may be the target of T2DM therapy. This paper briefly summarizes the research progress of ATM polarization regulation.
