摘要 目的：分析肥胖儿童代谢指标与儿童性早熟发生的相关性。方法：择取本院儿科2019年9至2020年9月小学学生健康体检发现的53 例性肥胖儿童作为观察研究对象，作为研究组。选取同期在接受健康体检的53名健康儿童作为对照组。将两组儿童的代谢指标与性早熟的关系进行分析。结果：观察组儿童的FGB 、2hPG 及GHb 均高于对照组儿童( P＜0. 05) ；观察组儿童的BUA、HDL 低于对照组儿童，而TG、TC、LDL 高于对照组( P＜0. 05) ；观察组儿童中男性儿童的睾丸Tanner 评分、阴毛Tanner 评分、女儿童的乳房Tanner 评分以及阴毛Tanner 评分均高于对照组儿童( P＜0. 05) 。Spearman 相关性分析显示，观察组儿童的FPG、2hPG、GHb、TG、TC、LDL 与性早熟呈正相关，而BUA、HDL 与性早熟呈负相关( P＜0. 05) 。对照组儿童的上述指标与性早熟无相关性( P＞0. 05) 。结论：肥胖儿童中血糖、血脂代谢指标与性早熟关系密切。应重视对肥胖儿童中血糖、血脂指标异常儿童进行性早熟相关筛查。

abstract Objective: to analyze the correlation between metabolic indexes and precocious puberty in obese children. Methods: 53 cases of obese children found in the physical examination of primary school students in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research group. 53 healthy children who received physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group. The relationship between metabolic indexes and precocious puberty was analyzed. Results: FGB, 2hPG and GHB of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05); BUA and HDL of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, while TG, TC and LDL of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05); In the observation group, male children's testicular Tanner score, pubic Tanner score, female children's breast Tanner score and pubic Tanner score were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that FPG, 2hPG, GHB, TG, TC and LDL were positively correlated with precocious puberty, while BUA and HDL were negatively correlated with precocious puberty (P < 0.05). There was no correlation between the above indexes and precocious puberty in the control group (P > 0.05). Conclusion: the metabolic indexes of blood glucose and blood lipid are closely related to precocious puberty in obese children. Attention should be paid to the screening of precocious puberty in obese children with abnormal blood glucose and lipid indexes.
