摘要：目的：研究慢性牙周炎应用牙周再生术和替硝唑共同治疗后实际效果。方法：选择2020年2月至2021年2月接收的60例40岁以上的成年牙周炎患者为研究代表。根据入院顺序，分为对照组（n=30,应用牙周组织再生技术）的观察组组（n=30,应用牙周再生术和替硝唑共同治疗），对比分析两组治疗后实际效果。结果：观察组应用牙周再生术和替硝唑共同治疗后炎症因子水平明显低于对照组单独应用牙周组织再生技术治疗后炎症因子水平，并且观察组治疗后咀嚼功能明显较优，疼痛评分明显较低，总有效率明显较高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对于慢性牙周炎应用牙周再生术和替硝唑共同治疗，能够有效降低炎症因子水平，促进咀嚼功能的恢复，同时还能提高治疗效果，这一治疗方案值得在临床中推广。

Abstract: Objective: To study the practical effect of periodontal regeneration combined with tinidazole in the treatment of students'' periodontitis. Methods: 60 students with periodontitis from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as research representatives. According to the order of admission, they were divided into control group (n = 30, application of periodontal tissue regeneration technology) and observation group (n = 30, application of periodontal regeneration and Tinidazole treatment). The actual effect of the two groups after treatment was compared and analyzed. Results: the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group after periodontal regeneration and Tinidazole treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group after periodontal tissue regeneration treatment alone, and the masticatory function of the observation group after treatment was significantly better, the pain score was significantly lower, the total effective rate was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for students with periodontitis, periodontal regeneration combined with tinidazole can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors, promote the recovery of masticatory function, and improve the treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
