目的 研究病例引导式教学方法在外科护理学临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法 选取从2019年7月至2019 年12月期间在我院心外科进行临床实习的72名护理专业本科生作为研究对象,按照入科月份的奇偶数进行分组,定为奇数月份为干预组,偶数月份为对照组,各36名实习生。干预组行病例引导式护理实习教学,对照组行常规护理实习教学。比较两组实习生在教学干预前后的理论考试成绩和批判性思维能力量表评分及科室实习满意度评价问卷评分。结果 实验后干预组理论考试成绩、批判性思维能力量表、科室实习满意度评价问卷各项目评分均明显优于对照组,有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论 在外科护理学临床实习教学中应用病例引导式教学方法,对于培养护理实习生的批判性思维、提高护理基础知识和技能有积极意义,是一种有效的教学方法。

Abstract: Objective To study the application effect of case-guided teaching method in clinical practice teaching of surgical nursing. Methods A total of 72 nursing undergraduates who had undergone clinical internships in the Department of Cardiac Surgery in our hospital from July 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into groups according to the odd and even number of admission months, and the odd months were set as the intervention group. The even-numbered months served as the control group, with 36 interns in each group. The intervention group received case-guided nursing practice teaching, and the control group received routine nursing practice teaching. The theoretical test scores, critical thinking ability scale scores and department internship satisfaction evaluation questionnaire scores of the two groups of interns before and after the teaching intervention were compared. Results After the experiment, the scores of the theoretical test, critical thinking ability scale, and departmental practice satisfaction evaluation questionnaire of the intervention group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistical differences (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of case-guided teaching method in clinical practice teaching of surgical nursing is of positive significance for cultivating the critical thinking of nursing trainees and improving basic nursing knowledge and skills. It is an effective teaching method.
