探讨PBL联合品管圈在妇科护理教学中的应用。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年1月来我院妇科实习的60名内蒙古医科大学毕业护生,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用传统带教模式,观察组采用PBL联合品管圈联合护理教学模式,观察两组护理教学效果。结果:对照组发生皮肤损伤1例,摔倒1例,静脉炎1例,违规操作1例,不良事件发生率为13.3%。观察组发生皮肤损伤1例,未见摔倒、静脉炎、违规操作事件发生,不良事件发生率为3.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CTDI-CV总分和护理满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL联合品管圈教学法明显提高了护理教学质量,提高了整体教学水平,同时有助于降低不良事件发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective to explore the application of PBL combined with quality control circle in Gynecological Nursing teaching. Methods: 60 nursing students graduated from Inner Mongolia Medical University from June 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, and the observation group adopted the PBL combined with quality control circle combined with nursing teaching mode. Results: in the control group, there was 1 case of skin injury, 1 case of fall, 1 case of phlebitis, 1 case of illegal operation, and the incidence of adverse events was 13.3%. There was 1 case of skin injury in the observation group, and no fall, phlebitis and illegal operation occurred. The incidence of adverse events was 3.3%, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The total score of ctdi-cv and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: PBL combined with QCC teaching method can significantly improve the quality of nursing teaching, improve the overall teaching level, reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve nursing satisfaction。
