适应实用医疗发展的需求，目前高校医学专业教学改革把医学课程体系改革作为一种新的教学模式及趋势,提出“以课程整合”的教育理念，结合以案例教学法分析了国内外目前的医学课程整合现状，提出了整合教改方案及措施。针对教学内容和课程体系进行了改革与创新,探讨了整合课程存在的困境及对学生理论知识掌握及应用、创新能力等素质教育的积极影响和意义。

To meet the needs of the development of practical medicine, it is the the current teaching reform of medical specialty in Colleges and universities ,which, as a new teaching mode and trend, putting forward the educational concept of "curriculum integration" combined with case teaching method after analyzing the current situation of medical curriculum integration at home and abroad. In this paper, the reform and innovation of teaching content and curriculum system are carried out, and the difficulties existing in the integrated curriculum and the positive influence and significance on the quality education of students' mastery and application of theoretical knowledge and innovation ability are discussed.
