[摘要]
目的:探讨脐血干细胞移植对缺血性脑卒中大鼠CRP、NES、NGF水平的影响。方法:SD 雄性大鼠 75 只,体重200 ~ 250 g,来源于内蒙古大学研究动物实验中心。采用随机抽签法,分为:缺血性脑卒中模型组( 对照组) 30只干细胞移植干预组45 只(实验组),对照组大鼠给予常规治疗,实验组大鼠在常规治疗基础上进行脐血干细胞静脉注射移植治疗。观察大鼠CRP、NES、NGF水平的变化。结果:实验组CRP、NSE、NGF水平均较治疗组明显改善,组间比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:脐血干细胞静脉注射移植治疗可以明显改善CRP、NSE、NGF水平,可为临床治疗缺血性脑卒中提供依据。

Objective: Ischemic stroke remains one of most common causes of death and disability worldwide. Stroke triggers a series of events leading to rapid neuronal damage and death. The objective of this paper is to investigate the effect of umbilical cord blood stem cell transplantation on the levels of CRP, NES and NGF in rats with ischemic stroke. Methods: 75 male SD rats with ischemic stroke, weighing from 200g to 250 g, were divided into control group and experimental group by random drawing. The control group was treated with conventional treatments, while the experimental group was treated with conventional and umbilical cord blood stem cell intravenous injection transplantation treatments. Finally, observe and compare the changes of the level of CRP, NES and NGF in the rats. Results: The levels of CRP, NSE, and NGF in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion: The transplantation of umbilical cord blood stem cell by intravenous injectionsignificantly improved the levels of CRP, NSE, and NGF, which could provide a promising therapeutic strategy for ischemic stroke.
