循证医学的教学方式不同于传统医学,其强调所有的医学研究与实践都要有依据和出处,一切从实践出发,具有针对性、时效性和安全性。对于提升学习者知识面、学习兴趣和解决问题的能力等都有明显的作用。PBL教学法主要是培养学习方式,从而使学习者养成良好的学习习惯,提高学生解决问题的能力,并且能够有效的提升学习者的团队协作精神。本文将考察循证医学和PBL两种教学方法在肿瘤科教学中的应用及研究现状,并对二者结合的优势进行分析,以促进国内肿瘤科教学多样化的发展。

The teaching method of evidence-based medicine is different from traditional medicine. It emphasizes that all medical research and practice must have a basis and source, and everything starts from practice, with pertinence, timeliness and safety. It has obvious effects on improving learners' knowledge, learning interest and problem-solving ability. PBL teaching method pays more attention to cultivating learning methods, which can enable learners to develop good learning habits, improve students’ problem-solving ability and cultivate teamwork spirit. This article will examine the application and research status of the two teaching methods of evidence-based medicine and PBL in oncology teaching and analyze the advantages of the combination of the two to promote the diversified development of domestic oncology teaching.
