目的 探究和分析情景模拟手术流程在手术室护理实训教学中的临床应用效果。方法 选取我院2018年7月至2019年7月的护理实习生总计110人,手术流程教学,对照组采取常规教学方法。比较两组学生的理论知识,实践能力及综合素质的考核情况,调查学生对于教学的满意情况。结果 研究组在理论知识,实践能力及综合素质的考核结果均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的教学满意率为97.9%,对照组为89.8%,研究组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 情景模拟手术流程运用于手术室护理实训教学中能够提高对知识的掌握能力,将教学与实践结合,帮助尽快适应手术室的护理工作,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective to explore and analyze the clinical application effect of scene simulation operation process in nursing practice teaching in operating room. Methods a total of 110 nursing interns from July 2018 to July 2019 in our hospital were selected for operation process teaching, while the control group was given conventional teaching methods. The theoretical knowledge, practical ability and comprehensive quality of the two groups were compared, and the students' satisfaction with teaching was investigated. Results the test results of theoretical knowledge, practical ability and comprehensive quality of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The teaching satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.9%, and that of the control group was 89.8%. The study group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion scene simulation operation process used in the operating room nursing training teaching can improve the ability to master knowledge, combine teaching with practice, help to adapt to the operating room nursing work as soon as possible, it is worthy of clinical application.
