[摘要]
目的:①探讨内蒙古某三甲医院急诊科护士工作压力来源及其影响因素;②分析内蒙古某三甲医院急诊科护士对压力源主要采取的应对方式;③为管理者提供对策从而减少护士工作压力、提高护士工作质量、保持护士心情愉悦。方法:2020年9月-2021年5月采用整群抽样的方法抽取140名内蒙古某三甲医院急诊科护士进行问卷调查。结果:绝大多数急诊科护士压力源来自时间及工作量分配问题,大部分护士压力处于偏高水平,在年龄、学历、职称与压力得分比较中均存在差异性,且结果具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:急诊科护士压力来源与多种因素相关,大多数护士在面对压力时通常选择不同的积极应对方式,消极应对较少。

Abstract: Objective: ①To explore the source of work stress of nurses in the emergency department of a tertiary hospital in Inner Mongolia and its influencing factors; ②to analyze the main response methods adopted by nurses in the emergency department of a tertiary hospital in Inner Mongolia to stress sources; ③to provide countermeasures for managers to reduce the work pressure of nurses , Improve the quality of nurses' work and keep nurses happy. Methods: From September 2020 to May 2021, a cluster sampling method was used to select 140 nurses in the emergency department of a tertiary hospital in Inner Mongolia to conduct a questionnaire survey. Results: Most emergency department nurses are stressors from time and workload allocation. Most nurses are at a high level of stress. There are differences in age, education, job title, and stress scores, and the results are statistically significant ( p<0.05). Conclusion: The source of stress for emergency nurses is related to many factors. Most nurses usually choose different positive coping styles when facing stress, and less negative coping.
