目的：分析并了解中国马里维和二级医院收治患者的疾病特征。方法：通过维和电子病历系统收集2017.05-2019.06在中国驻马里维和二级医院救治的患者资料进行分析。结果：共5929例患者纳入分析。就诊患者疾病谱中前五位分别是口腔疾病占33.45%（1983/5929)、肌肉骨骼疾病占 15.90%(943/5929）、眼科疾病占10.00%(593/5929)、消化系统疾病占5.48%(325/5929)及呼吸系统疾病5.14%(305/5929）；创伤性疾病为占5.03%(298)，其中33例为枪弹伤及爆炸伤所致；68（1.15%）例患者诊断为传染病，疟疾(56/68,82.4%)是最常见的传染性疾病。结论：中国维和二级医院中口腔、肌肉骨骼系统及眼科疾病的发病率比较高；马里任务区传染病的发病率相对偏低，但由于战伤导致的创伤性疾病发病则明显高于其他任务区。维和二级医院应当优化医疗资源配置。

Abstracts: Objective:To analyze the Disease characteristics of patients in Chinese level 2 medical treatment facility in Mali. Methods: The medical records of all patients treated by the medical service at the Chinese level 2 medical treatment facility from May 2017 to June 2019 were retrospectively assessed. Results: 5929 of all cases seen in the hospital during this period were included. The top five disease spectrum were dental diesases 33.45%(1983/5929), musculoskeletal diesases 15.90% (943/5929), ophthalmopathy10.00% (593/5929), digestive diseases 5.48%(325/5929) and respiratory diseases 5.14%(305/5929), 298(5.03%) patients were dignosized as truma diseases, 33 of whom were caused by gunshot and explosion. 68(1.15%)patients were dignosized as infectious disease, the most common infectious diseases was malaria (56/68, 82.4%). Conclusions: Dental diesases, musculoskeletal diesases, ophthalmopathy were the most commom diseases presented in Chinese level 2 medical treatment facility in peacekeeping mission area Mali. The occurence of infectious diseases was less than other missions but battle related injury was more common. The medical resources need most reasonably distributed.
