目的:探讨前列腺素合成酶D2在肺癌发生发展和淋巴细胞浸润相关免疫反应中的作用。方法:通过生物信息学分析和肺癌组织芯片中前列腺素合成酶D2在不同临床分期表达水平进行检测。结果: PTGDS在肺鳞癌和肺腺癌中的低表达,p<0.001;肺腺癌以及肺鳞癌中DC细胞浸润程度较高,肺腺癌中B细胞以及CD4+T细胞浸润程度与PTGDS表达量呈正相关。结论:PTGDS在肺癌微环境中的表达模式提示,其在肺癌发生发展和淋巴细胞免疫反应中发挥重要作用。

Abstract:Objective:Objective to investigate the role of prostaglandin synthetase D2 in the development of lung cancer and immune response. Methods:the expression levels of PTGDS in different clinical stages were detected by bioinformatics analysis and tissue microarray. Results:the expression of PTGDS was low in lung squamous cell carcinoma and lung adenocarcinoma (P < 0.001); The infiltration degree of DC cells was higher in lung adenocarcinoma and lung squamous cell carcinoma. The infiltration degree of B cells and CD4 + T cells in lung adenocarcinoma was positively correlated with the expression of PTGDS. Conclusion:the expression pattern of PTGDS in lung cancer microenvironment suggests that PTGDS plays an important role in the development of lung cancer and lymphocyte immune response.
